THE SON OF A CLASS CLOWN
AND A REAL CLOWN, JUSTIN WAS
DESTINED FOR WEIRDNESS.
Justin Gignac is the co-founder of Working Not Working, an invite-only, real-time network of the busiest, most talented and most sought after creatives in the business. Companies like Apple, Droga5, Wieden+Kennedy, The New York Times, IDEO and Google use Working Not Working to manage their very nomadic freelance workforce. Prior to starting Working Not Working, Justin was an award-winning art director at ad agencies around the country. Perhaps best known for helping create the original ElfYourself.com and unleashing the world’s elf fetish, with over 800 million elves created. He also has gained notoriety for his various art projects, including NYC Garbage, Wants for Sale and Needs for Sale.
A prolific procrastinator, Justin is motivated by idea envy and an obsession to get in the New York Magazine Approval Matrix. He lives in downtown Manhattan with his favorite person, Christine Gignac, and their pet ping pong table.
